We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.Please see estimated delivery times below.
UK Delivery Options

First Class UK Delivery (1-2 business days) £5.00)
FREE Standard UK Delivery on all orders (for a limited time)

International Shipping

Shipping for International orders are calculated based on weight and destination. Please contact us at hello@leondeskincare.co.uk for a quote. Please note for orders shipped outside UK may be subject to custom charges. Le'onde Skincare is not responsible for any custom charges, import duties or taxes.Please be aware that long delays may also occur as a result of customs checks or by international postal services. These are outside of our control. Our delivery times are therefore only to be used as a general guide.

Delivery Address & Delays

We will send your order to the delivery address that you have provided on your order. Inaccurate or incomplete information may cause delay of processing your order. Addresses are not entered manually, therefore the address applied at checkout will be the same address on the shipping label. Please ensure that these details are correct as we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect and incomplete address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase but for any reason you may return unopened, unused and in its original condition products within 14 days of receiving the goods.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition, to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product and will be issued in the same form as the original payment.. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the returns.
